Inspired from a similar scene in the Siggraph '82 Proceedings. The entire arch
was built by creating a single arch face outline, extruding it and then using
the hierarchical instancing features of NuGraf to compute the recursive model
(4 instances of the arch were made, attached to a null object, then four
instances made of this new object and attached to another null object, and so
on). The sky is a procedural Perlin clouds texture warped through a spectrum
color map. The ground is a green plane perturbed with Perlin mottled noise
mapped to a darker green color. The arch is textured with a Burl wood
pattern.
